Membership and refunds

Any paid membership must be clearly disclosed before purchase, including price, billing frequency, trial conversion and cancellation method. Change-of-mind refunds may be restricted where permitted, but nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

Intellectual property
